Manage recovery files for financed assets, coordinate bailiffs, auctions, towing companies, and skip tracers, respond to customer and client inquiries, authorize supplier invoices, apply recovery procedures and regulations, maintain accurate documentation, perform quality control, and support administrative activities. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, strong organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
