Leads daily helpdesk operations while providing first- and second-level technical support. Responsibilities include ticket escalation, workload coordination, mentoring, Microsoft 365 and server administration, endpoint management, networking, security monitoring, user training, documentation, vendor coordination, and IT project support. The role includes regular travel to regional program locations and rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Prepares internal and external financial reports, budgets, forecasts, grant and funding compliance reports, and financial analyses for departments and government stakeholders. The role supports operating budget development, program launch budgets, audits, year-end close, grant tracking, and process improvements while translating financial information into actionable insights for managers.
