Provides reception, clerical, administrative, data-entry, documentation, filing, registration, waitlist, invoicing, petty cash, supply, equipment, and scheduling support for Addiction Services programs. The role communicates with participants, visitors, pharmacies, doctors, staff, volunteers, and community partners; maintains confidentiality and accurate records; assists with events and program materials; and supports a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.

Provide community-based case coordination and harm-reduction supports for people experiencing homelessness, mental health and substance-use concerns. Engage participants, develop individual support and pre/post-treatment plans, perform intake and risk assessments, deliver psychoeducation and motivational interviewing, link to housing, medical and community resources, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to support participant wellness and recovery.
