The Performance Analytics Consultant will analyze health-related data, support reporting, develop dashboards, and assist in decision-making to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.

Manage equipment and asset planning, procurement, delivery, installation and acceptance across Halton Healthcare capital projects. Lead stakeholder engagement, tendering, specification review, budget tracking, standardization, and policy/process implementation for equipment and furniture.

Perform main pharmacy dispensary duties including medication order and profile review, entry into Meditech Expanse, checking, troubleshooting clinical and distribution issues, and supporting pharmacy technicians and students. Provide backup decentralized medication order review, medication reconciliation, problem investigation and liaison work across sites on nights, evenings and weekends. Other duties as assigned.

Maintain, tune, secure, and support enterprise RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL Server) for clinical systems. Implement HA, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, performance tuning, security auditing, and support EMR/clinical application upgrades. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and analytics teams and provide on-call support in a 24/7 hospital environment.

Support development, delivery, and monitoring of occupational health and safety programs. Maintain compliance with legislation, investigate incidents, analyze safety data, deliver training, manage respiratory protection and WSIB Safety Excellence programs, and advise leaders on risk mitigation and prevention strategies.

Work under physician direction to provide orthopaedic care: apply, adjust and remove casts, splints and traction; remove dressings, sutures, staples and pins; measure and fit orthopaedic devices and ambulatory aids; fabricate splints and bandages; educate patients/families; maintain orthopaedic supplies and collaborate with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

Provide orthopaedic care in a fracture clinic under physician direction: apply, adjust and remove casts, splints, traction, and ambulatory aids; remove dressings, sutures, staples and pins; fabricate splints; fit devices; educate patients and maintain orthopaedic supplies and equipment while collaborating with the care team.
