Provides physiotherapy services across acute, medical-surgical, and rehabilitation units. Assesses and treats patients, collaborates with occupational therapists, therapy assistants, discharge planners, and other professionals, and supports patient care planning and discharge. Provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and geriatric conditions in an outpatient WSIB specialty program. Supports injured workers’ rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, functional evaluation, and work conditioning. Participates in program development, community education, promotional activities, accreditation standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration while delivering patient-centered care.

Provides analytical and project management support for hospital P3/AFP contract administration. Reviews Project Co service delivery, monitors KPIs and compliance, manages Small Works and Variations, coordinates Permission to Work requests, investigates facility management issues, and tracks resolutions. Engages hospital users and stakeholders to define needs, manage scope, coordinate disruptive work, and ensure operational requirements are met. Reviews contractual documents, estimates, deliverables, and risks while preparing meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and user documentation.

Prepares and serves patient meals, transports and assembles trays on hospital units, cleans kitchen areas, disassembles trays, operates the dishwasher, and stores dishes. The role requires teamwork, patient-focused communication, organization, attention to detail, physical ability to handle heavy carts and dishwasher loads, and satisfactory attendance.

Provides administrative support to P3 Contract Management, Security, Parking, and Emergency Preparedness teams.
