The Systems Engineer owns the reliability, security, recovery, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure and cloud services. Responsibilities include VMware, Active Directory, SAN, networking, backups, monitoring, incident resolution, infrastructure improvements, automation, migrations, documentation, and technical leadership. The role independently resolves complex cross-platform issues, leads major incidents and changes, collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, and mentors team members.

Coordinates multiple ERP and technology transformation workstreams, vendors, schedules, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and action items. Consolidates project updates into reports and dashboards for leadership and governance. Supports change management, deployment approvals, testing evidence, production readiness, cutover, and go-live activities while maintaining project documentation and tracking tools.

Manages commodity, financial, and counterparty risk across ethanol operations. Responsibilities include executing hedges and derivatives for corn, ethanol, and natural gas; managing margin and counterparty exposure; developing VaR, stress-testing, and portfolio models; overseeing risk governance and limits; preparing executive risk reports; and guiding market risk committee activities.

Owns go-to-market operations connecting marketing and sales. Responsibilities include managing funnel taxonomy, lead scoring and routing, sales stages, cadences, CRM processes, playbooks, tooling, pipeline metrics, forecasting criteria, and reporting. The role partners with sales, marketing, finance, analytics, IT, and data governance teams while advising commercial leadership, improving seller productivity, and driving cross-functional process and technology change.

The Plant Accountant manages inventory accounting, reconciliations, variance analysis, product costing, manufacturing accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role partners with Operations and Supply Chain, supports inventory counts, procurement, audits, internal controls, and regulatory reporting, and maintains ERP master data. It also contributes to process improvements and Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives while providing financial insights for operational decision-making.

Leads commercial FP&A for Sales and Marketing, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, pricing strategy, management reporting, dashboards, KPI development, and customer profitability analysis. Acts as a strategic advisor to senior commercial leaders, identifies financial opportunities and risks, and supports evidence-based growth decisions.
