Independently design and implement MES/MOM, Industrial DataOps, Unified Namespace, and digital transformation solutions. Translate requirements into technical architectures, configure Ignition and Sepasoft modules, build integrations with enterprise and shop-floor systems, and develop using Python and SQL. Lead testing, deployment, commissioning, documentation, troubleshooting, and go-live support. Manage smaller technical projects, collaborate with offshore teams, mentor junior consultants, conduct code reviews, and support demonstrations, proposals, estimations, and follow-on client opportunities.

Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise SDLC and DevSecOps platforms. Own toolchains (GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, IaC), build reusable AI libraries, embed security/compliance, enable teams via documentation and training, track KPIs, and mentor platform engineering staff.

Lead industrial automation projects end-to-end: identify client opportunities, develop proposals, manage planning/scheduling/budgets, program PLCs, configure HMI/SCADA, commission systems onsite, mitigate risks, document work, and grow client relationships while mentoring engineering teams.

Design, program, test and commission real-time industrial automation systems from PLC/HMI/SCADA to MES and enterprise connectors. Develop documentation, troubleshoot onsite, mentor colleagues, and implement network, motion, vision, and database solutions.
