Provide friendly customer service and membership support while performing daily cleaning, minor maintenance, and safety tasks to Fit4Less standards. Welcome and assist members, promote memberships/amenities, complete recurring cleanliness and training tasks, report deficiencies and incidents, and support automated club processes.

Support and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, paid ads, and blog channels. Create on-brand copy and assets, manage CRM Dynamics email journeys and segmentation, analyze channel performance, coordinate projects and stakeholders, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to drive engagement, onboarding, and retention.
