Provide excellent customer service at checkout, handle transactions on registers and self-checkouts, replenish and maintain merchandise and planograms, perform cycle counts, follow loss prevention and health and safety policies, and assist with markdowns and SKU changes.

Participate in a Franchisee-in-Training program combining classroom modules, mentorship, and on-the-job store experience. Learn store operations, staff management, administration and reporting, community engagement, and visual merchandising. Shadow current franchisees, complete assigned projects, travel within the region, work evenings/weekends/holidays, and prepare to assume store ownership upon successful completion.
