Classifies products under Canadian customs tariffs, interprets trade regulations and rulings, determines government agency requirements, advises clients on duty-saving options, audits product classifications and origins, prepares customs reports, and delivers compliance training. The role requires strong knowledge of the Harmonized System, Canadian Customs Tariff, CBSA regulations, free trade agreements, and import compliance processes.

Establishes labor standards and maintains warehouse labor-management systems to improve goal-time accuracy and productivity. Identifies cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities, performs root-cause analysis, and develops labor-planning and slotting tools. Educates warehouse teams on labor standards and performance data, supports operational compliance programs, and reports food-safety issues when applicable. Requires travel up to 50% within the Durham Region.
