Provide hands-on IT support in a warehouse environment: troubleshoot networks, servers, hardware (PCs, printers, RF scanners), install and maintain systems and software, manage antivirus and software inventories, document processes, support reporting needs, and assist the IT Manager with assigned tasks.

Coordinate and optimize ocean import loads, assign carriers, manage TMS load planning and bookings, handle client communications and escalations, negotiate carrier rates, produce financial and service reports, lead meetings and carrier onboarding, ensure compliance with trade and customs rules, and drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives to improve service and reduce costs.
