As a Senior Statistical Methodology Data Scientist, you will lead innovative statistical approaches, provide guidance on study design, and support evidence-based decision-making in clinical development.

Lead statistical and data science efforts for biologics development across Pharma Technical Operations: design experiments (DOE), analyze complex datasets using advanced statistics and ML/AI, build tools and automated workflows, interpret and communicate results, ensure regulatory alignment, mentor junior staff, and deliver training to upskill the organization.

Lead global biostatistics (100–125 people) setting strategy, ensuring scientific rigor, integrating AI/digital/advanced analytics into study design and analysis, partnering with Clinical, Regulatory, and Data Science, overseeing quality/compliance, and developing senior biostatistics leaders to support late-stage development.
