Designs custom overhead and underground switchgear products, leading moderately complex projects through the full design cycle. Responsibilities include applying industry standards, supporting customers, mentoring design team members, resolving root causes, and collaborating with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and application engineering. The role also provides technical support, contributes to design feasibility, and drives continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Owns end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for manufacturing plant roles, including operators, assemblers, maintenance, trades, and selected salaried positions. Develops sourcing and hiring strategies, builds talent pipelines, conducts interviews, manages offers and onboarding, tracks recruiting metrics, maintains ATS data, and ensures employment-law compliance. Partners with site leaders, supports employer branding, diversity initiatives, employee engagement, and talent development while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Administer bi-weekly payroll for more than 500 Canadian employees using ADP Workforce Now, including payroll inputs, reconciliations, remittances, year-end T4s, ROEs, compliance, audits, and employee inquiries. Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR operations, and one HR COE specialization covering HRIS, compensation, or benefits. Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, controls, and accurate reporting while partnering with HR and Finance.
