Manage post-onboarding relationships for a portfolio of primarily SMB (and some enterprise) customers to drive retention, expansion, adoption, and value realization. Monitor customer health signals, run QBRs, identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities, coordinate with Support/Product/Sales, refine playbooks, and ensure timely renewals.

Design end-to-end user flows and interactions across web, desktop, and mobile for Windscribe (and later Control D). Prototype and pressure-test interactions, design all states (errors, empty, loading, edge cases), review live products for usability gaps, collaborate with engineers and product to translate designs into implementation, and improve design systems and onboarding to make interfaces self-explanatory.
