Manage eDiscovery technology consulting projects, collaborate with clients and internal teams, apply analytical and technical skills to develop customized solutions, monitor deliverables for quality and timeliness, and identify opportunities for additional services. The role requires client service, problem-solving, project coordination, and familiarity with platforms including Relativity, Nuix Discover, and Reveal.

Manage day-to-day activities for multiple client eDiscovery matters, coordinating with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel. Apply analytical and logical reasoning to document review, production, and case-management workflows using eDiscovery platforms. Develop customized solutions, ensure quality and timely delivery, provide client service in deadline-driven situations, and identify opportunities to introduce additional FTI services.

Provides administrative support to multiple senior Corporate Finance and Restructuring leaders. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, document and presentation preparation, research, Salesforce CRM updates, client opportunity support, time and expense entry, statement reconciliation, correspondence prioritization, file maintenance, and delivery coordination. The role requires discretion, confidentiality, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and at least eight years of administrative support experience.

Lead restructuring and transaction advisory engagements by analyzing financial statements, cash flows, business plans, and financial projections. Conduct due diligence, assess operational and financial performance, prepare client reports and presentations, and collaborate with senior management and legal and finance experts. Manage engagement teams, oversee daily financial activities, and coach junior team members.
