Lead day-to-day execution of the Financial Services line, operationalize strategy, manage KPIs and in-year P&L, run performance reviews, lead cross-functional initiatives (pricing, promotions, cost efficiency), influence product/marketing/finance decisions, support budgeting and partner negotiations, and deliver executive presentations to drive revenue, margin, and operational scalability.

Serve as the Payments subject matter expert for Support: handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries across channels, troubleshoot technical and usability issues, escalate and manage defects with Product and Engineering, lead incident response, maintain knowledge base content, and train/support other CX team members.
