Provides legal counsel to North American offices on international commercial contracts, leases, M&A, corporate governance, compliance, vendor due diligence, ethics, privacy, and expansion initiatives. Drafts and negotiates MSAs, RFPs, NDAs, and other transactional agreements; supports new office openings and joint ventures; advises on conflicts and client onboarding requirements; and collaborates with global legal and corporate teams.

Prepares and files business immigration petitions, gathers and reviews documents, drafts case materials, communicates with foreign nationals and clients, tracks case progress, summarizes data, meets service-level deadlines, and follows regulatory, privacy, operational, and client compliance standards.

Provides Canadian business immigration legal services, including assessing visa eligibility, preparing petitions and applications, drafting legal documents, researching cases, managing caseloads, supervising paralegals, advising corporate clients, and supporting immigration compliance programs. The role requires client communication, case strategy development, regulatory compliance, accurate technology use, and collaboration in a hybrid Toronto office environment.

Provide business immigration legal services for corporate clients and foreign nationals, including case strategy, eligibility assessments, petition preparation, legal research, client counseling, compliance support, and document drafting. Supervise and mentor junior staff, resolve escalations, improve processes, maintain accurate case data, and ensure regulatory and client compliance.
