Front-line customer support for FloSports and HockeyTV: answer inbound calls, tickets, and chats; troubleshoot apps, devices, APIs, and partner tools; log and follow up on issues; escalate bugs; support partners on admin tools, WordPress, and integrations; rotate shifts including evenings and weekends.

Provide Tier 2 support for live streaming events, assist with partner feed testing, collaborate on R&D and operations, triage and document issues in real time, support encoder installation/testing, and improve streaming processes with Production, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
