Lead and contribute to embedded software development for communication, networking, and video applications. Develop BSP software, device drivers, kernel configurations, and build systems for embedded Linux, RTOS, and bare-metal platforms. Integrate software with FPGA SoCs and hardware, debug using laboratory tools, define system architecture, and provide technical leadership and mentorship. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver maintainable, high-quality products.

Designs and delivers complex high-speed electronic systems from architecture and schematic capture through prototype bring-up, validation, certification, and production support. Responsibilities include high-speed circuit and PCB design, simulations, signal-integrity collaboration, testing, documentation, customer support, and technical mentoring. The role requires expertise with FPGA-related hardware, advanced protocols, lab instrumentation, and tools including OrCAD/Cadence.

Design and deliver complex FPGA/CPLD systems: define architectures, implement RTL, integrate IP, run simulations, close timing, support lab bring-up/debug, perform customer demos, and produce documentation and estimates.

The PCB Layout Designer will create high-speed, multi-layer PCBs, collaborating with teams on design, manufacturing compliance, and emerging technologies.

Lead Signal Integrity and Power Integrity analysis for high-speed electronic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design compliance and performance.
