The Pricing Analyst negotiates domestic and cross-border freight rates with carriers, develops pricing strategies and customer proposals, responds to spot quotes, and maintains rate programs in TMS software. The role researches competitor pricing and market trends, improves pricing processes, supports RFQs, resolves pricing issues, and builds carrier and customer relationships. Strong logistics knowledge, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and Excel skills are required.

Supports financial operations through invoice processing, data validation, reconciliations, payment file preparation, discrepancy resolution, customer and vendor communication, and financial reporting. The role maintains accurate records, generates invoices using Excel and macros, supports month-end close and audits, and assists internal stakeholders with billing and payment inquiries. It requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in an on-site office environment.

The Treasury Accountant maintains cash flow reporting, forecasts, borrowing availability, and accounting records for debt and leases. Responsibilities include reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, spending forecasts, payroll taxes, borrowing base certificates, and accounts receivable reserves. The role also tracks debt and leases, handles banking issues, allocates line-of-credit interest, supports audits, and communicates with finance and accounting teams. This is an on-site, permanent position requiring strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
