Manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ existing B2B customer accounts. Responsibilities include retention, upsell, product demonstrations, account check-ins, prospecting within the customer base, pipeline forecasting, CRM management, and collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams. The role is fully remote in Canada and requires EST availability.

Lead and execute EventMobi's content, SEO/AEO, and campaign strategy to drive pipeline. Own content gap analysis, production, repurposing, social, and product launch coordination across product, regional marketing, and sales. Manage a small content team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns and launches.
