Lead multiple concurrent Workday engagements (Launch Flex/Express, Phase X, AMS), manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance; serve as client liaison; ensure customer satisfaction and resource allocation; contribute to Workday practice development.

Lead Workday reporting implementations and post-production support. Design, build, and troubleshoot complex HCM reports and Workday security; guide clients through design, testing, and production. Contribute to practice growth, support sales activities, and maintain client relationships.

Lead Workday Recruiting implementations and production support, optimize Recruiting and at least one other HCM module (e.g., Benefits, Comp, Learning, Reporting, Data Conversion). Provide design, configuration, testing, annual events support, client relationship management, sales support, and maintain forecasts while ensuring active Workday partner certifications.
