Prepares and delivers in-force life insurance illustrations to clients, advisors, and agencies. Reviews requests, researches policy information, navigates multiple administration systems, interprets policy provisions, and communicates financial information accurately. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes and competing priorities in a regulated, customer-focused environment.

Build, configure, upgrade, and support CICS Transaction Server regions and IBM MQ subsystems on z/OS. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage security and vendor products, apply MQ maintenance, and support disaster recovery planning and testing. Maintain JCL, page sets, channels, buffer pools, and queue management processes. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and follow change-management and audit requirements in a regulated enterprise environment.

Own end-to-end Dynatrace observability architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Design and implement scalable APM, infrastructure, digital experience, log, and cloud monitoring solutions. Lead integrations with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM tools while driving automation, SRE, and DevSecOps practices. Manage platform standards, security, roadmap evolution, vendor relationships, documentation, operating models, and knowledge transfer.
