Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities for franchise business segment including journal entries, bank reconciliations, GL ownership, account reconciliations, internal controls documentation, ERP data analysis, and support for internal stakeholders and ad-hoc projects.

Handle inbound customer calls, answer inquiries, manage customer data in internal systems, communicate details to franchisees, support contact centre initiatives, meet process and deadline requirements, and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Minimum 30 hours/week availability.
