The PC Associate will operate forklifts, perform maintenance on equipment, manage shipping/receiving tasks, and follow standardized procedures for defect prevention.

Support HR activities for assigned plant units including recruiting, onboarding, training administration, benefits and disability administration, performance management, associate relations, and internal communications. Coordinate training logistics, process training requests and POs, back up basic skills training, administer surveys and analyze training data, and serve as HR liaison to managers and associates to identify and resolve issues.

The Sub Leader is responsible for responding to associate issues, conducting safety audits, training associates, participating in quality investigations, and assisting the Team Leader in data tracking and engagement activities.
