Support month-end close including reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, cash and inventory management. Prepare financial reports, perform analyses, ensure internal controls (JSOX), resolve intercompany issues, and assist process improvements.

Assemble automotive HVAC and engine cooling modules using manual and machine operations. Perform quality tests, total preventative maintenance, and follow SOPs to minimize defects. Work rotating days/afternoons or straight nights; role includes physical lifting (up to 15 kg) and on-the-job training.

Deploy, configure, maintain, and train users on homegrown and third-party software across North American DENSO sites. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to manage deployments, troubleshoot defects via Help Desk, and contribute to system design and technical decisions to support digitization and autonomous manufacturing initiatives.

Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar and travel coordination, meeting planning and minutes, document control and uploads to NEXUS, visitor and event logistics, company-wide data compilation, and company vehicle management.

Design, implement and improve automated and manual manufacturing processes for automotive thermal products. Lead NPI and APQP activities, troubleshoot production issues, write equipment specifications, manage projects and schedules, maintain process documentation (PFMEA, control plans), and drive cost, quality and efficiency improvements while ensuring safety compliance.

The PC Associate will operate forklifts, perform maintenance on equipment, manage shipping/receiving tasks, and follow standardized procedures for defect prevention.
