Provides HR support across three Canadian offices, leading recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. The role specializes in labour relations within a unionized environment, including collective agreement interpretation, grievance resolution, progressive discipline, negotiations, and union engagement. It also leads HR policy improvements and coordinates the evaluation and implementation of a new HRIS. Strong knowledge of employment law across British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec is required.
