Lead Dairy Queen’s digital commerce, loyalty, and gift card strategy across the U.S. and Canada. Own P&L and roadmap to grow digital sales, optimize mobile/web and third‑party channels, scale loyalty/CRM and personalization, drive experimentation and analytics, and partner with cross‑functional teams and franchisees to deliver revenue, margin, and operational results. Manage a 9–11 person team.
