Contract Business Analyst to gather, document, and validate business and data requirements; produce and manage BRDs; model processes and data (using Visio); triage system defects; develop training and training materials; research and evaluate third-party software, produce RFIs, and support vendor selection.

Contract iOS Developer to build and maintain iOS front-end and mobile features, work on web application integration using AngularJS/Backbone, and consume web services (REST, JAX-RS, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, SOAP). Requires strong OO analysis, design, implementation and maintenance skills. 6-12 month contract in Toronto.

Provide Level 2/3 network support and engineering: configure and install network devices, perform maintenance and upgrades, monitor performance and capacity, troubleshoot issues, follow change management, implement security tools and policies, and liaise with vendors and IT staff. Contract role based in Mississauga requiring Juniper experience.

Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with clients, attend discovery and milestone meetings, mitigate risks, allocate resources, ensure SOW alignment, archive project documentation, and lead problem-solving and team morale.
