Coach distributed teams, communicate status to executives, and align engineering work with strategic objectives.

Design, build, and deploy production LLM-based agents from prototype to production. Lead prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), performance optimization, and scalable, secure deployments. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate agents into enterprise workflows and ensure AI safety and responsible development.

Serve as a technical contact augmenting customer support: onboard customers, perform health checks and business reviews, manage escalations and support cases, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with sales to mitigate renewal risk, and leverage internal expertise and AI tools to drive customer success.

As a Principal Data Engineer, you will design and implement LLM, AI-powered security data platforms, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of data solutions across teams.
