Execute inbound/outbound sales campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and introduction meetings. Research prospects, manage inbound leads, qualify using MEDDPICC, and hand off pipeline to Account Executives. Lead end-to-end global implementations of Cority's EHS and Quality software. Manage multiple large, complex projects, stakeholder relationships, schedules, budgets, risks, change orders, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with sales for scoping and promote process improvements and accelerators.

Design, build, and enhance Cority's software platform across product streams. Own features end-to-end, debug cross-system issues, drive observability, contribute technical direction, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

The Solution Advisor enhances customer success by providing product expertise, training, and support, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to maximize platform value.

Design, develop, and enhance Cority software and client solutions. Lead technical decisions and teams, produce production-ready code, implement CI/CD, perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, collaborate with Product Owners, support and maintain systems, and own functional areas or projects.

Manage full sales cycle for Cority EHSQ software: prospect, qualify, respond to RFIs/RFPs, close contracts, develop territory and account plans, maintain pipeline forecasting, and collaborate with internal teams and partners.

Deliver Cority EHSQ implementations: configure application, train clients, test, document, and manage project timelines. Serve as client liaison, collaborate with PMs and technical teams, maintain 70% chargeable utilization, update timesheets, participate in peer training, and travel occasionally for onsite work.
