Provide engaging, play-based care and supervision for kindergarten and school-age children in a split-shift role. Plan and document learning, maintain health and safety, assist with personal care, build family partnerships, collaborate with staff and community partners, attend training, and follow CELC and regulatory policies.

Plan and lead play-based, interest-driven activities for school-age children; maintain active supervision; document learning progress; ensure health, safety, and well-being; assist with personal care; foster family partnerships; collaborate with coworkers and community partners; participate in training and team meetings; perform light housekeeping; follow CELC, CCEYA, and Ministry of Education policies.

Provide play-based learning, supervision, and developmental documentation for infants, toddlers, preschool, kindergarten and school-age children. Build relationships with families, collaborate with staff and community partners, follow licensing and safety policies, and support daily care routines and program housekeeping. Work 35–40 hours weekly, with variable shifts between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Provides administrative and operational support across six school-age childcare programs. Responsibilities include facilitating staff meetings, coordinating staffing, administering payroll and billing, reconciling subsidies, maintaining staff files, supporting budgets and licensing compliance, assisting educators with play-based programming, and building relationships with children, families, staff, schools, and community partners. The role also promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, cultural awareness, safety, and welcoming environments.
