The role involves managing Cohere's platform for developers and enterprises, overseeing APIs, SDKs, and tooling for improved integration and user experience.

Own and improve People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, and support. Design, document, and automate workflows across Rippling, Slack, Notion, and related systems while reducing manual work, errors, and support requests. Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll, and People teams on integrations, controls, compliance evidence, and scalable processes across countries, entities, EORs, and contractors. Support a greenfield Rippling implementation and establish maintainable SOPs and runbooks.

Build and ship native iOS and Android features for Cohere’s secure AI workspace platform. Collaborate with designers and researchers to implement interfaces, productionize AI models, research technologies, and develop privacy- and security-focused tooling, including custom solutions when standard libraries are unsuitable. The role requires experience with Kotlin and Swift, production mobile applications, project bootstrapping, cross-codebase debugging, and execution in fast-changing environments. Audio feature experience is a bonus.

Own People data, reporting, employee records, and global benefits administration at a scaling AI company. Build trusted headcount, attrition, and cost reporting; define metrics; improve data quality and governance; support Rippling implementation; automate self-service reporting; and establish audit-ready controls. The role partners with HRIS, Finance, and IT while supporting employee operations across multiple countries, entities, EORs, and contractors.

Partner with leaders to scale organisation design, leadership capability, performance, talent strategy, team effectiveness, and employee experience across a distributed, fast-growing AI company. Coach managers, support retention and onboarding, and help evolve People processes and infrastructure.

Manage a global portfolio of HR programs and initiatives within the HR PMO. Build project plans, milestones, workstreams, governance, and ownership; coordinate cross-functional execution across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams; manage risks, dependencies, decisions, and stakeholder alignment; and develop scalable workflows and tools for HR operations.
