Provide analytical support across the commercial loan lifecycle: gather due diligence, analyze property operating statements and borrower financials, draft mortgage presentations and credit narratives, coordinate pre-funding conditions with Funding/Legal/Origination, and monitor market dynamics across asset classes.

Support deal structuring and pipeline management for CMHC-insured multifamily mortgage securitizations. Assess deals against investor mandates, organize pools for securitization, lead investor updates, recommend process improvements leveraging Excel and AI tools, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

The Regional Manager will cultivate partnerships, navigate lending processes, execute field operations, facilitate deal flow, and drive regional funding targets.

Manage and grow relationships with new and emerging mortgage brokers in Ontario. Provide training on products and underwriting, drive pipeline growth toward $5M+ annual volume, monitor efficiency metrics, collaborate with external sales and underwriting, and gather market intelligence to position CMLS solutions.
