Serve as primary contact for borrower retention by managing inbound/outbound calls, assessing needs, offering tailored mortgage solutions, preparing submissions for underwriting, following up on conditions, calculating penalties, maintaining accurate records, meeting retention targets, and supporting mortgage administration and special projects.

The Analyst will support the deal lifecycle by analyzing borrower quality, financial performance, and facilitating the funding process, while tracking market dynamics.

As a Mortgage Underwriter at CMLS Financial, you will assess residential loan applications, manage a high volume of files, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining quality standards. You will work proactively with brokers and contribute to continuous improvement in processes.
