Serve as primary contact for borrower retention by managing inbound/outbound calls, assessing needs, offering tailored mortgage solutions, preparing submissions for underwriting, following up on conditions, calculating penalties, maintaining accurate records, meeting retention targets, and supporting mortgage administration and special projects.
