Lead Salesforce implementation projects and facilitate Agile Scrum processes for public-sector and other clients. Manage timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, resources, change requests, backlogs, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder communications. Use Azure DevOps to track delivery progress, user stories, and project tasks. Coordinate Salesforce developers, architects, analysts, QA teams, clients, and partners while providing status reporting and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices. The role requires onsite client presence three days per week in Montreal or Toronto.

Supports the preparation, coordination, and submission of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, coordinating stakeholder inputs, formatting and proofreading proposal materials, maintaining schedules and content libraries, conducting client and industry research, and preparing presales presentations. The role begins with a three-month trainee period and may transition to a full-time Presales Analyst position.

Build and deploy Apache Camel integration microservices on Spring Boot, implement enterprise integration patterns, expose and secure APIs through 3Scale, and deploy services to OpenShift. Responsibilities include resilience, error handling, observability, testing, and collaboration on Kafka message contracts.
