Define experience strategy, conduct customer research, translate complex workflows into scalable designs, and guide work from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders, shape trustworthy and explainable AI experiences, evolve design systems, facilitate decisions, raise quality standards, and mentor designers. The role requires strong UX craft, systems thinking, business judgment, storytelling, and experience designing for complex or specialized users.

Leads corporate strategy and AI-enabled operational transformation at Clio. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, prototype and ship internal agents, workflows, and automations, test solutions, and drive adoption. Contributes to market assessments, business strategy, investment cases, performance analysis, OKRs, executive planning, business reviews, and board discussions. Leads end-to-end product design for Clio’s fintech and billing experiences, from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration. Partners with Product, Engineering, and customers to create accessible, high-quality workflows, improve design systems, and deliver trustworthy AI-powered features. The role requires strong interaction, information architecture, usability, visual design, communication, and mentoring skills, with a focus on measurable customer and business outcomes.

Generates qualified enterprise sales opportunities for Clio’s legal AI solutions through multi-channel outreach. Partners with Enterprise Account Executives, engages senior decision-makers, uncovers business challenges, communicates tailored value propositions, schedules product demonstrations, tracks pipeline activity, and maintains accurate Salesforce records. The role requires consultative selling, strong business acumen, understanding of legal and technology needs, and continuous development of sales skills.

Own the vision, roadmap, execution, and quality measurement for Clio’s AI Search platform. Lead engineering and ML teams developing hybrid lexical and semantic search across documents, emails, and records. Improve relevance through ranking, query understanding, embeddings, A/B testing, click-through analysis, and offline evaluations. Coordinate across Clio products while balancing relevance, latency, cost, permissions, and customer AI preferences. Translate customer search needs into measurable product improvements and guide both new product development and platform scaling.

Coordinates marketing events and partnership programs, handling vendors, payments, contracts, logistics, communications, reporting, documentation, and project support. Maintains calendars, shared resources, inboxes, websites, and knowledge systems while assisting ClioCon and other engagement initiatives. Uses AI and automation to improve workflows, supports partner onboarding, communicates project status, and helps stakeholders deliver efficient, measurable programs.

Provides first-line technical support for Clio Operate, an enterprise SaaS platform. Responsibilities include triaging and resolving customer tickets within SLAs, troubleshooting platform issues, communicating updates, escalating complex problems, monitoring bug fixes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also analyzes ticket trends, supports service desk reporting, improves workflows and knowledge resources, and contributes to efficient support operations.

Lead go-to-market and product adoption efforts for SaaS product portfolios. Owns Clio’s business continuity, incident management, and disaster recovery programs. Responsibilities include designing tabletop exercises, coordinating DR tests, administering incident tooling, analyzing incident metrics, maintaining recovery plans and RTO/RPO targets, driving remediation actions, managing the resilience roadmap, and supporting crisis response and cyber recovery. The role requires cross-functional leadership, clear communication, hands-on program administration, and calm decision-making during high-pressure incidents.

Build and maintain streaming and batch data pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, and transformation systems using AWS and modern data tools. Collaborate with engineers on data integrity, testing, validation, documentation, and production code. Design, develop, maintain, and administer Clio’s Pigment EPM platform and related FP&A systems. Develops secure .NET applications and tools for the Application Security Team. Owns sales enablement for Clio’s Velocity segment, improving rep conversion, product attach, and ramp time. Responsibilities include developing playbooks, objection handling, training, role-play and certification programs; reviewing Gong call data; coaching managers; tailoring product enablement; using generative AI; reporting segment health; and partnering with onboarding, product marketing, and revenue operations.

Manage and scale secure logging infrastructure, including OpenSearch clusters, ingestion pipelines, parsing, normalization, access controls, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Automate operational tasks, implement infrastructure as code, support SIEM development, and help design the next-generation logging platform. The role requires AWS, Linux, scripting, infrastructure automation, and security operations experience, with opportunities to work across teams on high-volume, tamper-resistant security data systems.
