Serve as a hands-on interim or project-based accounting leader (e.g., Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager). Design and improve accounting processes, lead system implementations, manage client engagements, and provide senior-level accounting, finance, tax, and audit expertise for larger clients.

Lead and review tax engagements; consult clients on succession and tax planning; review complex individual and corporate returns; supervise and develop staff; perform tax procedures and represent the firm at industry events and trainings.

Lead and oversee tax compliance and advisory for a client book, review and sign engagement letters and tax returns, mentor and manage tax staff, maintain up-to-date tax law knowledge, and develop new business and client relationships while assuming full responsibility for client services.

Support delivery of R&D tax credit studies across industries by assisting with client consultations, technical interviews, calculation review, site visits, and report development. Mentor junior staff, build client relationships, and develop industry expertise in Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, Healthcare, and Technology.

Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C-corp, S-corp, and partnership tax engagements. Provide tax advisory, research complex issues, manage engagements, mentor team members, and pursue technical growth through client interaction and training.
