Supports employees and HR leaders across onboarding, HR inbox management, benefits and pension administration, employee records, engagement initiatives, internal events, and HR process improvements. The role coordinates new-hire requirements, maintains accurate BambooHR and benefits data, responds to employee questions, protects confidential information, and assists with learning and development and internal communications.

Manages and administers a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting construction, field service, finance, and business intelligence. Responsibilities include configuration, integrations, data governance, troubleshooting, upgrades, vendor and license management, user training, process optimization, application support, and technology project leadership. The role also develops Power Platform solutions, coordinates cross-functional implementations, and mentors junior IT staff.

Develops new business and expands the client base across Southwestern Ontario. Generates and qualifies leads, builds relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifies construction and service opportunities, supports estimating and closing activities, develops market-entry strategies, evaluates industry trends, creates sales collateral, and represents the company at industry events. The role focuses on growing recurring service revenue through field-based client engagement and strategic B2B sales.
