Architect and build AI-enabled cloud infrastructure for agentic AI platforms, primarily on AWS with Azure as a secondary platform. Responsibilities include cloud account and environment design, SDN micro-segmentation to isolate rogue agents, centralized policy and control planes governing agent access and actions, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation using OpenTofu, Terramate, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.

Lead architecture and technical direction across product and platform teams. Design scalable, reliable cloud systems, establish engineering standards, solve complex modernization and distributed-systems challenges, support FedRAMP readiness, and mentor engineers. Guide multi-region deployments, disaster recovery, observability, data migrations, performance tuning, and production incident resolution while influencing roadmaps and driving cross-team execution.

Lead end-to-end product delivery for large-scale banking and fintech transformations. Define roadmaps, liaise with stakeholders and compliance, architect payments and core banking solutions, leverage Generative AI to optimize product artifacts, and drive cloud-native and regulatory-compliant implementations.

Lead platform and product architecture across teams, introduce technologies and best practices, resolve complex cross-team engineering challenges, guide global cloud and FedRAMP readiness, and mentor engineers while raising engineering quality and operational maturity.

Lead and own user research across projects: plan, recruit, execute mixed-method research, synthesize insights, collaborate with product and design to embed findings, run workshops, advise presales, and contribute to practice growth.
