Lead sales planning, forecasting, trade investment management and profitability analysis for Canadian sales. Partner cross-functionally to improve S&OP, forecasting tools (Thor, Prophecy), and reporting. Develop customer scorecards, manage trade fund allocation, coach a direct report, and drive process improvements to optimize sales performance and profitable growth.

Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Commercial teams to drive customer and eCommerce profitability, manage Gross-to-Net and trade spend, lead forecasting and business reviews, oversee trade deductions, and coach the Sales Finance team to improve processes, controls, and decision-making.

Support Amazon operations and resolve chargebacks, liaise with warehouse/logistics and Amazon support to maintain catalog health and brand protection. Produce regular sales and media reporting, market-share and competitor tracking, and ad-hoc analyses to turn data into actionable insights that drive eCommerce execution and growth.

Provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple functions, partner with hiring managers, manage onboarding/offboarding and HR operations, advise on employee relations and Ontario employment law, support HR programs (L&D, D&I, engagement), and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.
