Coordinate Phase I-IV clinical trials at a Toronto site: conduct participant visits and phlebotomy, ensure participant safety and protocol compliance, manage recruitment/screening/consent, maintain study documentation, support monitoring/audits, and assist site start-up and site operations.

Support execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials: recruit and consent participants, perform phlebotomy and delegated clinical procedures, collect/process samples, maintain source documents/CRFs/CTMS, manage investigational product accountability, and prepare for monitoring visits and audits to ensure compliance and participant safety.

Coordinate Phase I-IV clinical studies at Centricity Research Vaughan, conducting participant visits and phlebotomy, ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance, performing clinical procedures (vitals, ECGs, sample handling), supporting recruitment, consent, documentation, QC, monitoring visits, audits, and site start-up activities while collaborating with investigators and supporting nearby Toronto sites as needed.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive and senior leadership: manage complex calendars and inboxes, coordinate meetings, travel, and board materials, maintain confidential records, publish internal communications via SharePoint, and partner with HR on employee engagement and events. Improve processes using Microsoft 365 and AI tools.

Partner with People Operations to support employees across Canada and the U.S. Manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, employee relations, leave and compliance. Prepare workforce reports, drive process improvements using HR technology and AI, support audits and strategic projects, and provide backup recruitment support while building cross-functional relationships to deliver excellent employee experiences.
