Designs and maintains scalable automated tests across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end layers. Collaborates with development, product, business, DevOps, and QA teams to create risk-focused test scenarios, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures, and improve quality processes. Performs targeted manual testing, converts defects into automated tests, and mentors peers on testing practices, test design, clean code, and the Testing Pyramid.

Manage service requests, provide administrative support, onboard and train system users, document business processes, administer user accounts, maintain service-level performance, and support operational improvement initiatives. The role also provides backup contact center coverage and requires bilingual French-English communication, strong organization, analytical judgment, prioritization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Design and improve SaaS product experiences through user research, UX flows, visual design, prototyping, testing, and implementation support. Own and evolve Figma component libraries and the design system, ensure accessibility and visual quality, synthesize complex requirements, prioritize UX debt, and collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver effective enterprise software interfaces.
