Leads centralized patient support operations, including copay processing, quality control, SOP standardization, telephony performance, staffing recommendations, process improvement, and new program launches. Oversees operational changes, supports specialty services programs, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and manages team members. Requires strong project and operational management, change leadership, analytical skills, and knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance, call center programs, and pharmaceutical services.
