Oversee project and program management, monitor staff performance, recruit staff, and manage client communications while ensuring quality assurance and operational improvements.

Manage assigned cases and projects including patient telephone support, case-management protocols, clinical monitoring, data collection, adverse event reporting, and documentation. Participate in training, feedback, and occasional market research; support program-specific databases and ensure protocol compliance.
