Lead and coach Carlisle business units on continuous improvement using COS/Lean/Six Sigma tools. Facilitate Kaizen events, implement MDI, 5S, TPM, Idea System, and Policy Deployment. Coordinate improvement programs, train employees, measure project results, and support plant and office teams to achieve operational and financial goals. Frequent travel to Carlisle locations (~50%).

Lead and execute production work plans to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets. Supervise, coach and schedule staff; manage resources, production data (LiveLink), quality checks, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with HR, Maintenance, Scheduling and other teams, conduct meetings, training, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.

Lead overall plant operations including safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and continuous improvement. Interface with support functions, implement Carlisle Operating System, drive KPI targets, support ISO 9001/14001, and develop supervisory and production talent.

Develop commercial territory sales with contractors, builders, architects, distributors and consultants. Build pipeline in Salesforce.com, deliver product trainings, grow dealer/contractor relationships, attend trade shows, provide technical support, and track projects through order stage to meet sales targets.
