Advises enterprise clients on AI and digital transformation, assessing current capabilities, defining target operating models, and building transformation roadmaps. The role supports executive workshops, client discovery, proposals, presentations, business cases, and relationship growth while tracking AI and digital innovation trends. It requires strong problem structuring, executive communication, organization, and willingness to work hybrid and travel globally.

Own enterprise client relationships and sales pursuits from discovery through commercial agreement. Build executive relationships, manage pipelines, lead workshops, shape consulting engagements, develop proposals, and advise senior stakeholders on AI and digital transformation opportunities. Partner with strategy and delivery teams to create organization-wide AI capability and remain the senior client contact throughout engagement delivery.

Leads enterprise AI and digital transformation engagements from scoping through delivery, advising C-suite executives and directing multi-workstream teams. Owns client relationships, strategic direction, executive workshops, transformation roadmaps, recommendations, and engagement outcomes. Develops AI and digital innovation perspectives, grows accounts, shapes proposals and commercial structures, and contributes to thought leadership and consulting offerings. The role operates in a hybrid environment with four or more office days weekly and requires global client travel.
