Analyze business and product data to support marketing initiatives, product development, forecasting, experimentation, reporting, and personalized recommendations. Build and optimize SQL and dbt data models, create Looker-based insights, monitor KPIs, design statistical experiments, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partner closely with a Product Manager and cross-functional product team.

Design, automate, and manage mission-critical Azure cloud infrastructure for Borrowell’s marketplace. Develop Terraform infrastructure modules, maintain Azure DevOps deployment pipelines, automate workflows with Bash, and containerize applications with Docker. Implement cloud networking and web application security, troubleshoot distributed microservices, and collaborate with development, security, and QA teams. The role is remote across eligible Canadian provinces but requires occasional in-person meetings and team events.

Own Borrowell’s member and subscription lifecycle marketing strategy across email, push, and in-app channels. Lead onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, reactivation, contact strategy, targeting logic, lifecycle roadmaps, and experimentation. Build behavior-based audiences, interpret BI and propensity-model data, optimize retention and discovery metrics, and partner cross-functionally on reporting and execution.

As a Software Developer, you will design, develop, optimize, test, and maintain application code for Borrowell's web and mobile products, ensuring they meet technical and business requirements.
