Provide legal and regulatory advice to clients in the wealth and asset management sector, draft documentation, support private and retail fund matters, and collaborate with multidisciplinary firm teams to meet client objectives.

Senior Analyst responsible for enterprise endpoint management and software packaging. Manage SCCM/Intune, Citrix and VMware platforms; maintain Windows images, Autopilot, drivers and BIOS; automate deployments and scripting (PowerShell, MS Graph); monitor system health; provide top-tier support; ensure security and policy compliance; produce documentation; work with stakeholders and vendors; contribute to strategic planning and special projects.

Provide administrative and file-management support to lawyers and law clerks, including copying, scanning, filing (paper and electronic), archive retrieval, creating and closing files, logging documents, assisting with KYC and conflict checks, and responding to team enquiries while maintaining high client service standards.
