Develop and execute business development initiatives for corporate and capital markets and specialized business law practices. Support RFPs, proposals, pitches, client account planning, relationship growth, cross-selling, marketing campaigns, thought leadership, rankings submissions, and industry events. Monitor market and transaction trends, maintain CRM and deal data, track pipeline performance and ROI, manage budgets, and provide strategic recommendations to partners and business development leaders.

Manage business development and marketing strategy for the national Disputes practice. Responsibilities include developing practice plans, supporting revenue growth, identifying client opportunities, managing proposals and pitches, coordinating client events, maintaining CRM data, overseeing rankings and awards submissions, building market profile, analyzing competitors, managing budgets, and collaborating across marketing, communications, pricing, events, and business intelligence teams.

Represents clients in complex commercial disputes, including trials, arbitrations, motions, hearings, discoveries, and witness preparation. Drafts pleadings, motions, facta, affidavits, legal opinions, and other court materials. Conducts legal research, advises clients on dispute risks and strategy, and develops advocacy skills within a collaborative litigation team.

Provide legal and regulatory advice to clients in the wealth and asset management sector, draft documentation, support private and retail fund matters, and collaborate with multidisciplinary firm teams to meet client objectives.

Provide corporate and capital markets legal advice including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, regulatory compliance and securities. Draft transactional documents, work with public company clients, and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
