Process multiple payroll cycles for more than 150 employees across two dealerships using UKG, ensuring Canadian legislative compliance. Administer benefits, prepare T4s and ROEs, maintain HR documentation, reconcile payroll accounts, resolve discrepancies, support employees with tax-related matters, and enter payroll data into accounting and dealership management systems. The role also provides payroll guidance, coordinates OEM training schedules, and transitions from onsite onboarding to hybrid work.

Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to MINI standards. Complete warranty work with proper documentation, follow safety procedures, attend factory training, assist and supervise junior apprentices, road test vehicles, keep work area organized, and ensure quality workmanship and customer-ready vehicles.
