Leads AI solution architecture across pre-sales, client engagements, and production delivery. Defines scalable reference architectures, evaluates models and frameworks, governs security, data residency, hosting, integrations, cost, latency, and reliability, and mentors AI and data engineers. Remains hands-on with code, prototypes, design reviews, and technical client presentations while shaping proposals and protecting engagement profitability.

Designs Databricks Lakehouse architectures, leads technical discovery, builds prototypes and reference architectures, and advises enterprise customers on data engineering, AI, ML, governance, and cloud integration. Partners with sales and delivery teams throughout the customer lifecycle, translates technical concepts into business value, mitigates implementation risks, and provides Databricks expertise, reusable accelerators, and technical leadership.

Gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, map and optimize processes, and support CRM automation and customization in Creatio. Collaborate with clients and technical teams throughout agile delivery, validate solutions, analyze customer data, support adoption and training, resolve delivery issues, manage change control, and identify future consulting opportunities.

Design and lead scalable data architectures across lakes, warehouses, analytics platforms, and cloud environments. Build data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming ingestion solutions, and Databricks Lakehouse implementations. Ensure performance, reliability, governance, security, and privacy while advising clients on modernization strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders and analytics teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership across data engineering projects.
