Drive cross-functional value creation initiatives across product, technology, finance, and operations to improve revenue, efficiency, profitability, and innovation. Partner with portfolio company leaders, develop KPIs, track performance, execute growth plans, implement shared practices, and advise on operational and financial improvements while communicating progress to Beacon leadership.

Lead the full M&A lifecycle for vertical-market software acquisitions, from sourcing and evaluation through negotiation, due diligence, closing, and integration. Build acquisition pipelines, manage founder relationships, conduct financial and operational analysis, develop valuation models, present recommendations to senior leadership, and refine acquisition strategy based on market trends.

Sources niche software acquisition targets, conducts founder and CEO outreach, builds long-term relationships, evaluates financial and operational data, maintains the deal pipeline, and supports due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution with M&A and leadership teams.
