The Business Development Representative will generate outbound pipeline across enterprise pharmaceutical, chemicals, and personal care accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting decision-makers, creating personalized email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach, qualifying leads, booking discovery meetings, supporting conference and webinar campaigns, coordinating with Account Executives, and maintaining accurate CRM activity and handoff records. Success is measured by qualified meetings, pipeline generation, response rates, and conversion performance.

Develop and validate mathematical models for pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing. Collaborate with customer SMEs and cross-functional teams to translate process challenges into simulation and control solutions, implement research-grade Python code, document model structure, and support product roadmaps and best practices for process simulation.

The Product Engineer will work with chemical manufacturing customers to implement AI solutions, focusing on process improvement and technical problem-solving using the Basetwo platform.

Build and maintain end-to-end product features across the stack (AWS, Python, Postgres, React, HTML/CSS). Collaborate with product and design, participate in design meetings, automate processes, advocate best practices, and deliver modular, reliable, and extensible solutions.
