Provide patient-centered physiotherapy: greet clients, assess and set goals, create and implement individualized treatment plans, educate and motivate clients, collaborate with therapists, participate in community outreach and clinic initiatives, and engage in structured onboarding and mentorship using Axis' Movement Blueprint.

Provide patient assessment and personalized treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapy, educate and motivate clients, collaborate with therapists, participate in community outreach, attend goal-setting meetings, maintain a clean workspace, and complete Axis onboarding and Movement Blueprint protocols to ensure consistent, trackable care and ongoing professional development.

Physiotherapists must be registered in good standing with Ontario’s regulatory college and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, independence, and commitment to exceptional client care.

Provide front-desk client experience and clinic operations support: manage bookings, schedules, billing/claims, cash reconciliation, clinic cleanliness, and communication to optimize therapist workflows and client care.
