Lead technical engineering and development for wind, solar, thermal, storage, and hydrogen projects from feasibility through FEED and pre‑construction. Create specs, scopes, models, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and risk assessments; review vendor/OEM and consultant deliverables; coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and consultants; provide on‑site oversight and support procurement, construction readiness, and interconnection strategies.

Leads capital projects and complex plant outages from planning through closeout, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, contractors, engineering reviews, permits, commissioning, safety reviews, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Provides technical support for mechanical and electrical systems, outage readiness, field execution, and continuous improvement across power generation facilities. Requires extensive travel within Ontario and occasional cross-border travel documentation.

Lead and deliver Indigenous engagement for assigned projects: build relationships with Indigenous Nations, support partnership and economic participation strategies, prepare briefing materials, integrate Indigenous perspectives into projects, support reconciliation initiatives, training, and risk management, and coordinate engagement documentation and follow-up.
